I have a few friends who have made these masks with methods other than pepakura and a popular way of doing the teeth is to use the fake press on nails from walmart and cut them to shape. I am curious to see what the molded teeth turn out like as well.

I just finished this pep and it wasn't exactly right. I had to add some crossbraces on the back to get the make the right shape. This may help you get it to look the way you want. Sorry to hijack the thread just thought this was a notable solution.

Never played WoW but a few friends of mine do and they would literally kill to have this. I may have to try using foam for some of my future sword projects. I usually use wood.

I have a question about making the neckseal for my Ironman Mk IV suit. Here is a reference pic. I haven't really decided how to go about building it. Anyone have any suggestions about how to go about this please let me know I'm kind of at a loss here.

Helmet. I did tape the 3 pieces together and resined and rondo'd it decided to leave the jaw connected instead of the bungie cord looking assembly I found in some reference photos of the helmet.
