Those parts are from a Optimus Prime voice changer helmet. Sorry for the delay as I forgot about this post. Could only get a smoked visor but with some gold tape it should do the trick.

Some sort of diver suit might be a good place to start...Buy 2, and then sew in foam parts in between around the edges to create detail. Then add some hard bits on the outside... Would be a kewl project to watch being made!
