Thanks for all the comments guys! Ok, after a bit more work this is where I'm at: First, I trimmed all the corner pieces....it took a lil bit. Test of one color: I plan on painting before I glue the corners on permanently, but here's what it looks like at the moment: Size comparison...

You could spray black paint on and almost immediately wipe it off with a rag(small areas at a time), or water some acrylic black paint down, and then brush it on. You'd probably let it sit for 10-15sec and then wipe that off. The build looks great so far!

Finished everything but the front visor and quickly realized that it's a bit too small. Bumped the height from 280 to 286. Hopefully that little bit works out. If not, more pepping!
