Hey Guys and Gals, I'm am now looking to start working on a Helmet out of foam is there a video or help on making a helmet out of foam. Any Help or Ideas would be very appreciated?

So I have taken and redone the Shin pieces with plasti dip and it has taken care of all the cracking I was running into. I just used white instead of black and painting it with white spray paint. What suggestions would say I need to enhance on the piece. I appreciate all the kind words and advice.

The actual foam I used. It dose give it a wear and tear look on the armor but there are a lot of cracks.

Thanks I appreciate it. I want to add some more detail to it especially the shin guards. I've use foamies on the armor on the shin piece and I sealed it with plasti dip and then I panted it and the parts that have the thin foam on is cracking. Frustrating. Any suggestions?
