yeah you waste more money on the paint thinner than it would be to just buy new brushes so just buy a big pack of em'.

Bondo on the outside for detail. I use something called rondo and i mix 70% bondo with 30% resin and use cream hardener then paint it on with a brush. it dries really smooth and is easy to sand. but yeah use it on the outside for detail

If youre talking about the bill i would mix up a smaller batch of resin and after ur coat on the inside dries pour the resin inside of there and let it rest up against a wall so the resin stays in that bill/cup thing and dries

Well i usually cut up strips of fiber glass after i glaze the outside. Then i take spray adhesive spray the strips down and lay them everywhere in the helmet. Then i mix up a fairly large batch of resin and pour it all in the middle then just take a paint brush and work it around until i get...
