RvB was short for Red vs Blue. After showing them this thread the reply was "Great! when do we start ours???"

Amazing effort! My kids are huge RvB fans and think you are a god. I had been looking for casting methods for a different project when I found this thread. Needless to say the kids(17 & 13) have now assembled their own Pep helmets and my project is out the window. Good luck for your halloween.
