    I live in orlando, but never used fiberglass and resin before. You should try foam like Hyperballistik said, its faster and easier to work with than fiberglass and resin.

    If you want something cheap, use water proof paint primer or wood glue. That should seal it.

    Thanks. I use EVA Foam floor mates. The Reach marine chest is quater inch think mats, while the H3 odst parts are 1 cm. I bought them at two different places, Lowe's(4 pack for $20) and BJ's(8 pack for $11 or 12, clearance and some pieces were burnt/toasted) respectively.
