    Thanks daftspartan...i do think i'm going to do the hot glue method rather than the fiber glass, but i will indeed do some support struts beforehand. and thanks about my balaclava :D

    All I have done is the pep for the helm. this is it so far: I'm going to try the hot glue hardening method...we'll see how things go.

    alright, i decided to go all old school and make the mark V...i made the back of the chest piece first, scaling it using the equation...it seems small, but i'm not sure...anybody else build mark V and have advice before i continue building? thanks, owen
