Thanks. Brushing rondo on would probably work the same. I used a brush to spread it around on the inside and it worked pretty well.

it was lopsided :) when i used rondo on the inside, it made a bump on the inside that i need to sand down still. It's in a really awkward place to sand. lol. Thanks for the comments everyone! i will be posting an update in about an hour once everything finishes drying! stay tuned! :) -pacman

Thank you. The shoulder pep file is actually 2 separate pieces. Once the second coat of resin dries I plan on removing the support struts. Also, to connect the two pieces, I will use a bolt or pin so that the bottom part can swivel.

This is some awesome work! Do you have any tips or techniques on cutting the cardboard pieces out? I am using a box cutter at the moment, but it's not working that well :(It is hard for me to cut out the smaller details. -pacman
