LIKE A BOSS I love the character Imperius and I finally see someone working on the armor. All I gotta say is: this is pretty legit. Good work so far my friend. My only question is will you make the weapon somehow glow a white color for angelic effect or keep it regular.

thanks for that info but I didnt really see how he was able to actually get the pepakura file itself ready for a foam build. thats what I need to know although I am gonna save that link that was quite helpful for what Im going to do later.

from what I am seeing, this is gonna be one sweet looking costume. Are you going for a specific COG armor or are you making this all custom?

For a first time build that looks very nice! But as you said, Bondo is only for small places. If you decide to work on another helmet you can try to resin it first. It might turn out much better than you will anticipate. If it helps, try sanding that helmet a little bit and have it more cornered...

thanks a lot. I noticed that too once I looked at it, but I wouldn't really know how to change that unless I have to start all over from scratch which will suck! The only thing I really don't like is how long its taking. I know it said that I have to put in 25-30 drops of hardener to the resin...
