Thorssoli, I have a quick question for you. If you just vac-form over the fiberglassed/bondo toe cap, will the forces from the vac crush it? Should it be filled with plaster, foam, or some other type of media?

Thanks guys. Heres one I've been messing with. It just got done raining and my lense kept fogging up. All white, but beat up. Still needs the black and gray stripes in the back, a light in the spotlamp, and visor needs lit some way.

I'm casting them with Smooth-cast 300. It works great! I had to try out this here new mold on the now plan sooooooo... Here ya go... X 4

Ok. The mould, ehh mold however you wanna spell it, is finished. YIPPO! Heres some pics. I drilled the four holes for the bolts, then seperated the two plaster halves. Then I cut through the silicone in a wavy fashion to pull it off of the master. Now on to the casting.

Update... I took some pictures outside with something other than my phone. These show it for its true self. I think I'm gonna reprime and call this done and ready to mould. My supplies will be here soon. I will post some progress pics when I have them. Now to finish the vac-table and get on...
