How would one repaint an already painted EVA foam armor? The armor has a layer of plasti-dip along with two layers of spray paint. Would you spray over the entire thing with plasti-dip and then spray paint normally?

Oh also what would happen if you put kwik-seal onto a foam part that has 1 layer of plastidip on it?

I'll be sealing it with plastidip

And should I worry about sealing all the seams with kwikseal?

As the title says. I had split up the helmet into quarters and one of them came out slightly bent than the other but they still line up well. How should I fill the gap between them?

Could I still paint it over after the 400 grit sand down?

Sandable filler primer

I have finished sanding and glueing my 3D printed helmet but I think I might’ve sprayed the rustoleum primer too little in some areas. Would another coat be ok or could I just sand it off then paint over it?

I finally cut out and heat sealed the foam pieces, I started spraying plastidip. Attached are some of the pieces after 3 coats. Did I add too little on each coat, and if I did another heavier coat would it fix the look?

Does anyone have any modeling software suggestions to help 3D model a halo reach Gungnir helmet? Also, could you extract the model of the Gungnir helmet from the PC version of MCC?

I had resized the MoeSizzlac model I had found on thingiverse and resized it to my head. I Gorilla glued all the parts together and I need suggestions on how to fill the seams and holes. Thank You!
