Your armor looks amazing, J326! I hate to noob-bomb this thread, but I am just so curious about foam builds. Are there any tutorials on foam-building? I think it looks much cleaner and more hearty than pep, and I want to start a foam build of my own, but I don't really know where to start.

So I'm in the process of building the smooth MK VI helmet by DF4L (at least that's what the filename says), and I need to find a visor to put in it. Did you fill the clip with rondo? Or just cover the outside?

When you say "filled with fiberglass jelly," do you mean that you layed firberglass strips inside the helm and covered them with resin? Or is there some other method? I'm trying to finish my first helm and I could really use the help. Thanks.
