    i had this same problem, yes its human scale ad currently about 270mm hight so i scaled it up to 300mm so i can put extras inside, as crucible said, set margins to 5mm, this means you can get more pieces per sheet

    well i use 220gsm, its a tiny bit too thick for some bits but i use little plastic model clamps for those so i dont have much of a problem. so if i can do it with 220gsm you should be able to with 215gsm

    my pepakura measures in millimeters (mm) so i'd say its easier to measure yourself in cm's, all you need to do then is add a 0 on the end, or bump it up again and put 5 on the end. if you do what reactor says and measure in inches, theres like 2.4/ 2.5cm's to 1 inch

    nah, the helmet is just too small. so ive stuck with the 30cm scale, change the paper settings to a4, checked out print previews and i dont know, it looks like its still going to be too small Edit, looking at print preview it said build hight would be 218mm!! what the hell....seriously....
