No worries Papabear. Unfortunately, with some other 405th tasks and my own prep needed for HCS I don't think I'll be able to through the backlog enough to catch yours before HCS. As a reference though, I try to make sure the wait is no longer than a month. I don't necessarily always succeed, but...

Apologies, I didn't see the question on my first read. Like Cadet and Fallen said: build your character first. There's never been a tier locked event and there may never be. I'd hate to see you make a costume you're less happy with simply to hit an artificial goal post.
