    These look really cool. I have never pepped a weapon, but from what I've read, its quite similar to armor, minus the fiberglass sheets. Subbed to keep up with your progress.

    When you do the final version, are you sticking with cardboard, or are you going to use another material like plastic or wood?

    When you installed the visor, what method did you use? The Tutorial method from Blackula727, the other one in the same tutorial post, or another one? I am planning on doing the warrior helmet as well, but I have yet to install a visor on any helmet, so I have been looking around at ways to do it...

    Too bad the Bungie site doesn't work (for me at least), or you could buy one of those liscence plate things that says my other car is a warthog and actually mean it. This is by far, the coolest build I have seen.

    I had a potential idea for the needles falling in to the gun effect. What if you had some kind of setup where you pulled the trigger, it pulled some plate that the frontmost needles were sitting on with would cause the to sink in to the gun. Then perhaps you could shake the gun to "Reload it"...
