helmets are also shaped smothly so your neck is not injured in an accident, I was thinking about making foam add ons for one of my motorcycle helmets to shape it to master chief, but its probably a bad idea no mater how soft the material is.

seems like an easy build so far, I think I'm going to make a fleet. Pictures DO NOT do it justice. Its HUGE, between 7' and 7'6" in the wide parts of the body. Ran out of welding wire last night skin is almost done!

I've been planning on building a warthog ever sense I saw the youtube video of the real life warthog. Don't have a chassis yet, going to wind up either with a Cherokee, Bronco, Tahoe, or some older Chevy pickup. Going to machine a full scale front clip just to play with it here in the next...
