Well right now, you wouldn't be able to fiberglass the inside, or probably even put resin on the inside, the sharp corners would keep it from spreading nicely. So maybe make it thicker at the base so you can see down into it.

You might not need the modifier, do you have them as editable polys? You probably need to convert them to those and then unselect smooth. Also you could turn on edged faces in the viewport to see what the geometry actually looks like.

Satin is the glossiness of the paint if I am not mistaken. That means look in the satin section of the paint supplies and then find Oregano. But I might be wrong.

Olive Drab is another color that gets mentioned a lot.

I stand corrected, based on your drawing I thought your knees would be stuck out at the 45 degree angle as well.

Even if it is only 45 degrees you won't be able to stand up very long. Not only will it be very uncomfortable, but it also puts your weight on all the wrong muscles. You would have to train in order to wear it. Probably would still fall from time to time.

Yeah, you need an organic vapor respirator. It's worth the time.
