Was wondering what kind of hinge your going to use to open the faceplate.

Awesome project.... do you have any close shots of how you got the helmet to fit and is your face plate hinged or solid. Mine is hinged but its not working out so well. I was wondering what kind of hinge you used. For the face.

was wondering how you got it so smooth. was it made from a pep and did you Bondo or rondo the outside and if so how did you apply it to the helmet. also I have a dremel but am not sure how to make the groves strait, what tools did you use to cut out the face plate or were they made separately.
