ok, thanks, i used upholstry to make the helmet cushioned like a motorcycle helmet, so i think im going to create a space where the mouth is and replace it with a fan, thanks!

my helmet is a little tight, im making an EVA, and so, i was freaking out when i remembered about how much it is gonna fog with the visor being the full front. So, a fan would be very nessecary for me, where would you suggest putting it on such a thing?

can you tell me what you used to mold this? im almost done with the base of my EVA helmet, and this is the last thing i need before i can start the detailing. would i be able to cut a mold using styrofoam? or would i need plaster or clay?

could you show me the EVA helmet images, i am also building one. do you think that using vacuum molding for the visor would be better, or, i have found a different method of molding it. i asked around on the internet, and found that i could use an oven, heat up the plastic, then with my hands...

idk, i would say, you could get lucky. i found a whole bunch of sheet metal in a dumpster by my house, and have been building an EVA helmet. using that, a spot welder, about 20 rivets, some scrap foam from an auto upholstry store, and a bit of hot glue, my helmet base is coming along pretty...
