And here we go again with some process, not much but It´s what It is
I have been completing the torso undersuit in the last three days, It was such a tedious job and It isn´t even completed!
Here is me taking dumb pics:
And the actual progress (I will try my best to explain the process...
Thanks for the responses guys!
Wow both of you got some awesome skills! I really like the armors and the undersuits are really impressive.
The Creature Cast Rubber would be an excellent choice but as long as I live in the canaries, the shipping cost and the product Itself would be 50...
And here we go again! Hope you're alright! Finally I got the oportunity to buy some stuff to continue the build...
I decided to evolve the undersuit. I glued the foam to a tight lycra shirt with silicone (like the one that is used on bathrooms but this one is suposed to glue and seal windows to...
Thanks!! I will open a "window" in the chest portion of the undersuit to receive some fresh air from some fans that will be placed in the chest armor. I will do the same on the nape and maybe the wrist. I think that will be enough to keep me cool...
Some progress today. I dry fitted half of the primitive foam undersuit and It looks really promising. The arms look a bit THICC but It gives a sense of superior strength ;). Torso looks pretty damn good to me, the armor like a dream on the undersuit. I let the left arm bare for you to hopefully...
It is! Despite of the countless hours of work It truly pays off. Anyway, everytime I need a little bit of motivation to move on I take a look to some 405th post and I wait no more time to start again ;)
Aaaand here I´m again!! First thing is first, this will probably be the last armor post because I ran out of hot glue sticks and I cant buy them until the confinement ends ;(. Maybe I will start planning and designing the undersuit and scaling parts that should be scaled. Anyway, this is the...
I thought the same at first but, I scaled It to cover the same elbow to shoulder as It covers on chief armor and as I have pretty long limbs, It makes It look waaay bigger. However the bicep piece fits me perfectly. Thanks replying!
Thanks for the opinion!. I will have finished the shin armor in the next couple of A LOT OF HOURS hahaha. This night I will posting a picture with the shin armor aswell and see what I will have to fix.
Your armor looks amazing!. I will take you advise. I thought about making a muscle suit. I managed to imitate the texture from the halo 4 undersuit with a soldering iron, a modified bit and ulphosterer foam. After texturing the foam I will apply some coats of pva glue and paint It with a...
Wow, I took a look to your armor and It is astonishing!! Thanks for the tips for fitting the thigh armor, I may give them a go. Anyway I think that It has a decent looking overall when I´m wearing It. Scaling It down a bit and remaking It´s still an option, despite the work that idea involves...
I understand...The problem with my body It´s that I´m over 6´0´´ tall so It´s a little bit tricky to scale the armor properly. I thought about just remaking It and scale It down a little bit, too much of work but It could be worth the effort. I want to make It as game-accurate as I can so that...
Hi again, I would be really pleased to have your opinion on this, do you guys think that the armor is proportionate? Or the thigh and chest plate are too big?
Pd: I am a little bit bulkier than the mannequin
Thanks for your time!
