Just poking my head into this thread to say this: this is a frakking awesome project and I'm proud to be a member on here based on what y'all are doing.. keep at it!

And just for the folks who may not have been before - I wouldn't recommend parking in the cheaper lots or the free lots.. I've had way too many friends that did so and ended up getting broken into. It's about $25 a day to park in either of the hotels I've stayed at (Hilton/Marriot, I'm assuming...

Megacon is pretty fun. Dragon Con is a universe of awesome and crazy all unto itself.

That didn't irk me. Since he can be scanned in, I don't know why his clothes wouldn't be able to. Him having the same clothes on when he left though... That was a head scratcher.

He's not using hot glue for the mold itself though - he uses plaster or silicon for those. I may have misread the OP's intent. The pulls themselves are hot glue. He recommends using good hot glue - not the stuff I'd normally pick up at Hobby Lobby or Walmart.
