yes i did and its all screwed up but to make it i took the cut out, used some picture frame plastic heated it with a heat gun and pressed down, making vac form machine this week for try #4.
also im covering the vest and all the foam in black fabric

Well I'm hoping for a reach release finish date I don't think ill make it tho, so I'm aiming for halloween, also I think I will make the cardboard "soft armor", since that is alot cheaper. Now just to get my hands on a big sheet of cardboard.

just incase no one reads my edit, or reads any thing I wrote, I did not create the armor in the last picture. if I did, I sure would A. be super happy, B. probably be in the Elite section. So yes not my armor, my armor is located above.
Now any ideas how I can attach my armor in a way similar...

pepped, resined, rondoed, and started sanding it all in one 30 hr grind.

Update for today, got second tester helmet done, scaled down by 10%, fits rather well, also cleaner.
