Saturday will work for us, too. We should have three in suits and one with a only a helmet so far. :)

I really enjoyed that bbq place we went last year... Iron Works? I think? Close to the convention center, too. We'll be splitting up time between our Spartan suits and some Destiny costumes I'm trying to finish, but not sure when we're wearing what.

The boys and I will be there! Same suits as usual, plus the Caboose I've been trying to finish for roughly two years now. :)

I will be there again! Gonna have my Caboose and Meta with me, too. And maybe a fourth partial Spartan in-progress. If not a booth, it would be nice to have a general meeting place where we can keep a couple repair necessities for emergencies. Without a booth, I'd really miss having a hot...

I love that the booth helps to make cosplay at RTX a little less stressful; knowing that there's a hot glue gun on the floor for possible malfunctions is gold. I'm sure you guys got sick of seeing my mug loitering around the whole time; that booth was like home on the con floor, and I loved...

Haha...Oops, I meant the Saturday photo op. lol We'll be at that. I don't particularly have my heart set on D&B, so closer sounds just fine for me. I do think more members would be likely to show up within walking distance near the convention center, though.

Hey! I've made this helmet for my son's Meta costume that he wore to RTX! I used EVA foam and then attached a vacu-formed visor. I almost did the cut-outs method as well, but I was fortunate enough to find a visor from Armory Props earlier this year. The foam worked well structurally, but...

I don't know anyone else in my town/area with a suit, so I'll probably be the only one at a GameStop in north Abilene. (that I know of..) :(
