I suppose paper would work, but it would not be as sturdy, cardstock give it some structure and strength.

Maybe a screw of some sort that you can cover up later? That's about all i can think of.

I can only speak being able to see out of the Recon helmet(its the only one I've made so far), but you can see out of it fairly well, tho your peripheral vision is gone, I think you may be wondering how you see through the visors on some helmets, and you do so but cutting it out and replacing it...

Oh and as for a weapon, maybe the Magnum, Mauler or the less detailed version of the Assault Rifle or BR, tho those have some tricky parts.

I would say ODST or one of the MK VI variants as long as you dont go for the HD ones.

That's really up to you, if you don't want what you have then selling may be the way to go. As far as pricing that's up to you too, I would at least sell it at a price to break even for supplies.
