You've probably been questioned a lot about where or how you managed to get that gold onto your Dead Eye visor. I'm really hoping that it is a process that you came up with that you wouldn't mind sharing here. :)

Is it really worth printing in fine quality or is coarse acceptable as touch ups will be needed anyway? Saving some time is nice too.

And here is a link for the old version (1.6) of 123d make. Autodesk has completely done away with 123d and absorbed it into fusion360 and tinkercad. I can do without the cloud based stuff for now, and 123d runs on xp still... Autodesk 123D Make

Is there another term that I should be using to find out how to create a sliced model? After searching for days, I've been unable to find out how to take a model from .obj, slice it into 5mm layers, and print out the templates on paper so that I can cut the foamboard or cardboard layers...
