Since i got home and dismantled this for prep to make molds, I grew tired of looking at every little detail. I took a little break and put this together so i can work on something a little less beautiful and a little more wearable. it needs some trimming and a harness system. heres a pic:

Just a quick update incase anyone cares. I have been busy with post deployment stuff and a Pregger wife. But I have been slowly working on this and a few other projects.

Now that the site doesn't seem to have malware, i can get back to updating this. I have been doing a lot of sanding and bondo on the helmet. Ill get some pics up soon.

Home sweet home, back to work next week I hope. I have some relaxing to catch up on first.

Not finished. Just made it wearable for the pic. I have a lot of work to do when i get it back home. I contacted Sean Bradley. I am very impressed with the quality of his visor.

There really isnt anything behind the marks thats opsec that isnt on the news. Better safe than sorry is all. Thank You. I used epoximate for 2 coats on the outside and spray adhesive to tack the fiberglass to the inside then coated the fiberglass with epoximate.
