Thanks for the replies, Would it be okay if I just skipped the sanding and applied Bondo Body Filler? The way I look at it is that I have the sand this no matter what after applying bondo, am I thinking correctly? Can I apply the body filler in parts or should I put it on the whole helmet...

Hey guys, I just finished fiber glass resin my Iron Man Helmet. Problem is I did a terrible job, there a chunks of resin,, is there any way to remove it? Would applying heat work? I will post some pics.

I forgot to say, I didn't bother with the different types of fold, I just folded down all the time, I think this is why my ear piece was inverted. Learned my mistake.

Hey guys, I am using Shark's Iron Man. I notice the bottom is too small and I have a very small head. Does this need to be rescaled? I messed up the top part and the jaw and the ear, Can I till apply resin and use bondo to sculpt the pieces that arn't so good?
