everytime i try to print something on pepakura then it say's something about the printer is not set to the printing size or something like that but everytime i print then it's either to small or it cut's it off need help please!

i really need help cause i just got pepakura and all that stuff it works fine untill i try to print it then it says "the size of paper specified by pepakura designer is not the same as printer settings, adjust scale?" and if i don't choose that then it prints to big and if i do choose it it...
