    Foam Armoring

Well knowing very little about mold making other than what I've read, I'd say it would be possible as long as the part you were making out of foam was only going to be used as a master and no plans of being wearable, and the surface is sealed it could work, possibly fill in the insides with an...

    Sliced armor

thata would work if you had access to a CNC machine and the time and material, but it's not the same a making a sliced model, maybe I'm confused as to what you are really looking for, I understand what you want the end result to be... Help with Uneven Bondo surfaces

Right on with the spot putty, but I wouldn't recomend it for the big spots if you want it to dry completley. best bet at that pint is to skim a coat of bondo ver the top of what you cot there, lat it on going one way then smooth it out going the other and keep the coat thin and smooth. snad it...

    Scaling for really skinny people?

You should try being tall and fat with skinny parts, that makes for a world of stuff not scaling right

Our Story so far, Mark VI Armor w/pics

@ Omega, The scaling was perfect one the first try, and everything fit prefect when it was in paper form, once it was glassed things didn't flex like before, so I had to do trimming on both claves so I could get them on. The left on in particular I had issue while doing the fiberglass, I wound...
