That doesn't matter. A RAR is an archived/compressed folder. You undo that compression and the files are in the folder. And in this case they are PDO already. So VIEWER or DESIGNER can open them. PDO is the universal Pep Filetype/ /facepalm :lol:

I re-did the Benstreeper files for the chest from the high poly count to the newer more accurate lower poly count. I should have some resin pics of the helmet and some pep chest pics up in the next 2 or 3 days.

You can mix up some Vaseline and a bit of water in a spray bottle(wet) or you add a small amount of water and you can brush it on (thicker). That's what we use in Action Figure customizing when we need a release for our cast pieces. Adam B

How much room is there on each side of your head? I'm dealing with about 1/2 - 1 inch from my cheeks to the side of the helm, and about 2-2 1/2 inches from the top

Looks right to me. The front of the helmet extends much farther down than the face. Here is the WoW model viewer placing it on a Blood elf.

That wont be noticeable, if you wear a black lycra pair of pants. If it really bugs you that much, you can always add a bit of bondo to one piece to cut down on the seam.

Only thing I can see as "off" is the way the helmets front is shaped. It is not supposed to be so cylindrical and straight down it has some slant forward as seen with this view.

Hey Ben, Long time no chat. I'm amazed at what you have done with that file I acquired. I had done the high poly count stuff, and gave up because of having those smooth curves and not being easy with so many folds. I'm excited to get back to work on this project especially now that I can...
