You should try Samus.. It would sort of incapacitate your right hand, but sometimes you need to make sacrifices for awesome costumes..

True.. the heat would sort of take away from the cooling effect of the fan.. Not to mention probably burn your cheek. A better spot would be at the back of the helmet or even the backpiece depending on your wiring for the rest of the suit.

Are you using Pepakura Viewer or Designer? Viewer does not have rescale functionality. Designer can rescale, but you can't save with the shareware version.
