    Crap, I think I posted in the wrong section, but on the same note, if I were to make it out of styrofoam, couldn't like pepakura & cardboard be a, "shield" against the elements? Cuz spray paint and polyurethane would make it dissolve.

    Looks nice for pepakura. I have my helmet folded, I just need to reinforce it and paint it. Also, when holding a gun, One hand on the grip, one hand on the bottom of the grip, like holding a beaker in science class, one on top, one on bottom. Being a redneck rocks.
