So, I have a slightly noobish question to ask, as I have never worked with foam before.... how....? For your template (which looks fantastic by the way), how would you take that and make a foam arm??

Hey Hugh, how thick are those foam mats, and is it hard to bend them into the correct shapes? I'm planning on doing the biceps and the chest core out of foam. Also where would be the best place to buy them? Home Depot?

Ruze is working on a better unfold right now. In the CQC thread he said that he could release the file right now, but it would have lots of tiny tabs and edges, or we could all vote to wait until he could get bigger tabs on it. We voted to wait.
