Amazing sculpt man. I love the design of this character and I'm impressed you've been able to capture it so well in the helmet. Can't wait to see more.
I have no idea how I missed this thread but let me just echo everyone else and say your work is fantastic. Everything from the conceptualization to the finished product is spot on. It is great to see a full UNSC armory put together like this. Really cool to see all the weapons in a family...
You have done a fantastic job on this cast man. Screw that, the entire process has been full of awesome. I'm really impressed with how well it has turned out. Now get the teeth finished and paint that bad boy. :)
Thor,
As always I was excited to see an update. And I'm really impressed with the article. So great to see all the work you're doing and some of the previous builds you've completed. Keep it up man.

Yep the rubber bands do need to be replaced quickly. Also, they don't provide enough tension for two stage blade. They are fine for a single blade, however, to provide enough force to extend both sections I needed something with more tension. I've watched just about every video there is from...
Okay,
So a friend of mine has asked me to attempt a new weapon prop for his Assassin's Creed Costume. He wants a dual action hidden blade prop. So I figure why not share the work?
This has proven to be a bigger challenge than I expected and it is by no means done or perfect. But considering it...
