you might wanna look into pepakura. if you dont want to use pep to make it you could use pep as reference to scratch build.

orrr. as nz said vaccum form it. build a box with pegboard on the top and another is just a frame. staple the sheet of plastic onto the frame. put a hole in the box with pegboard and attach a vacuum put your cut and fiberglasssed pep visor on the pegboard. heat the plastic put it ontop of...

oooh ic. but yeah try taking a 2l pop ottle and trimming ti to fit there will be a little space on the corners just use alot of foam there to cover it.. hope this helped:P

its perfect sense i was just making everyone aware wut i did was used the pep file as reference and scratch built it in carboard same as bicept cuz my printer isnt working its actually pretty good for a scratch build i dont know though if ill finish the suit:P

i just noticed something about the forarm peice. the little fin the is to the side, its right in front so when you go to move your arm itll be in the way. but either than that all these files are amazing.
