I haven't played KH, but compared to the in-game shot, your project came out excellent! Very nice work!

From what I've done, the outside resin keeps the pep from warping and makes it stiff, the fiberglass keeps it from bending and makes it sturdy, and everything besides that (rondo, bondo, etc) adds strength and thickness.
