Hey it's been awhile but I just wanted to thank you guys for making such awesome resources available to the community. I finished my build awhile ago and it's still pretty rough and unfinished but here it is, everything is Dawn files minus the chest and helm.

Great to see another Hazop spartan! i completed mine a long time ago it doesn't get enough 405th love. Thing is i just destroyed mine by accident :C and i lost the file in a busted HDD. Could you possibly send it to me?

Thats pretty incredible! The undersuit is absolutely critical in the new GEN2 suits so this is a great start. One question though, what foam did you use under the fabric and how did you shape it?

Chest for sure, it's the only piece i have ever had seriously warp on me. Second would be the helm, these warp easily and my HAZOP has a nasty cant in the middle.... kind of depressing. Even with high detail pieces like the Dawn Under heaven files im using only the chest and helm have been a problem

Rondo will not crush them, it's your best bet. Mix up a batch that is about 60-70% bondo the rest resin and use ample amounts of hardener. then just slush cast them and suspend the helmet so the rondo won't seep out when hardening. If you did a decent job with the pep and resin, the rondo won't...

Nope it sure doesn't. My stuff has been pepped using wood glue for a long time, it really improves cleanliness and accuracy of pep pieces, no burnt fingers either

I don't think your supposed to use the caulking to seal the foam but latex based caulk is good for filling gaps left by cuts and such. For sealing the foam people mostly use either PVA glue or Plasti-dip which is like a rubber in a can. But PVA is the cheapest sealing method. I have no idea...
