Where do i get a visor.( couldnt find the sticky). how do i get it to lok like MC's or and of the other helmate visors

I am trying to make a helmate but im not sure how to put the helmate model in the pepakura program to look at. Can someone please tell me what to do. I have no clue. Thanks :D
