My favorite detail is the lack of gunfire noise on the zero-G part of Long Night of Solace. Realism FTW!! Too bad about the huge flame-y space explosions though...

My girlfriend is super cool about my geekyness. She's not really into it, but she tries anyway. I can't really ask for more then that. :)

On my ODST armor I've taken those raised vent things that you have your red box around and made them rails that I cut to fit. That will let me put tac lights, lasers, maybe even a small scope if I can get the angle right. But a touch pad would be awesome.

This is sweet! That floodlight would be pretty handy to have. Even if you don't rig up the IR. And the fact that it's custom will have fans at conventions pulling a Mickey: "What the hell kinda armor was he wearing?"

The only suggestion I would have for logos and such would be to use vinyls. They've got crisp edges, and are fairly durable. On a side note, is your chest plate supposed to be upside down? Because in the first post, it is upside down from the way its supposed to to be. I would hate to see you...

So....any updates? I love what you've done already. Just can't wait to feast my eyes on the awesomeness.

It's like a helmet made of pure awesome.... Great idea for the color changing visor. It's definitely something new to consider.

I use sprint, because I like getting to the objective or even the next enemy as fast as I can. Halo for me is the most fun when its fast-paced.

I'd have to say Paranoid by Linkin Park. It reminds me a lot of myself. Or Assassin by John Mayer.

Sniper plate. He's a right handed shooter so when he's looking down the gun on his right side, the shoulder armor prevents a shot from the left.

Love the color scheme, maybe you could add a white stripe in the middle of the blue on the helmet?

My favorite cutscene in ODST is where the squad takes out the Chieftain in hand-to-hand. So maybe something like that. Also, if possible, what about jackal shields? In Ghosts of Onyx, it says the S-IIIs take the shields and use them. Maybe a few marines could do that. You know, for variation.

Try shutting the phone off. Also, maybe you should make the roof part about half the size it is in your drawings. It looks ridiculously disproportionate right now. Just my opinion, not meant to be offensive.
