If you have a good release agent, I think the video posted here the guy used soapy water, It should... work. Personally i would not risk it on a helmet or a major peice just incase the release agent didnt work (that stuff dont off very easily) For one of my molds,i acutally used shrink...

Ive looked into this, its not molle and Weta made a statement that the peices were bolted to the vest and that should rule out a Molle plate carrier vest completely. looks like some soft level 1 body armor... Personally i think its this exact one

hmm, you could use yellow Rit dye, but it wouldnt be solid gold =/ all you do is follow the instruction on the packet, and just dip it in for 5-10 seconds so the plastic doesnt deform from the hot water, plunge again and then wash with water, then keep doing it till you're happy with it
