Im making a mickey helmet but i couldn't figure out how to get the torch on the side of the helmet so i modled the mickey torch holder. it's probably not too accurate but oh well i wanted to know if anyone could unfold it and fix it because when i opened it in pepakura it had loads of red...

has anyone out there ever used it to vacuumform or used it before any oppinions or suggestions or other alternatives

i was thinking of vac forming odst visors because, is there another way to make it game accurate. anyway i know lexan is good to use but i cant seem to find a supplier which sells to the public i found some 0.80 clear pvc at Clark Rubbers. Just asking would it be vac formable?

what i did was i saved the pic, opened up a pep file import the blueprint image and scale it up hope i helped
