looks very good, clean pep work!! I used the same file for my biceps and I'm 6 feet tall, I scaled it to 190mm and it fits very good! In fact, if I had scaled it smaller I wouldn't have been able to fit my arm through the bottom. hope this helps. keep it up Martin
