thanks jeff, good work! I know paper mache works, but I think that if i use "DAS" white modelling clay, I will acelerate the process. But maybe the helmet will be to heavy= i dont know.

Any one has tried "DAS" white modelling clay? it's a kind of prefabricated paper mache: http://www.hobbiesguinea.com/product_info.php?products_id=586 I´m triying to make my helmet with paper mache (only in the interior) and bondo outside, but its lot of work and im not geting it to hard, so...
