Try "spray starch" in the laundry section of most appropriate stores. 3 or 4 coats and one of my paper helmets was stronger. Not as good as card and still needed tlc to stop warping but better than without. But as everyone said, go card!

it seems to be an issue with 4shared: about every third file i access brings up a warning but if i reload they work fine... hmmm...

I know this is technically a necro but as this was bumped to the top today I thought i'd grab the radio and my antivirus went skitzo. Just a heads-up.
