Thanks. Got the gray coat down. Looks good in the shade but is kinda light when in the sun though. Going to now tape up and cover the spots I don’t want red paint tonight and hopefully paint that soon.

Helmet has been primed will be sanded with a very fine grit tomorrow. Now what kinda paint do I paint the helmet with anyways? Also here are photos of the helmet, it looks so good now that it has been primed.

Looking good so far. Make sure to take your time. As for details with foam you can get a thinner foam and cut the details you want out of it. I’d leave 3D printing to the stuff you know you can here details on with the foam. It will save time and energy then.

My visor material arrived! I hope it’s enough material. I assume I cut out the visor pattern then cut out those templates from the material. I’ll have to do the paining and everything before I can do anything with the visor probably.

Thanks. Applied the last bit of bondo I had left to the chipped area and half of the chin (one half is not right). So I’m now out of bondo so the last time I sand will be the last for sure this time.
