yeah I did XD Thing was I was going for a really accurate one but I guess I lose the accuracy when sculpting clay onto it, I'll try that next time. Idk how Sevv got out of his life cast from the waist down :S

Maybe I'll have more luck here… What's the best way to remove a plaster bandage life cast? scissors won't fit between me and the cast, and I don't wanna try cutting it open with a knife again :(

Thanks for the advice, I used the jelly stuff in the first place as I'd remembered from art in school it's harmful to skin. I had a look around and the closest I could find were bandage scissors which are like a funny angle compared to normal ones. My problem with scissors was that I couldn't...

I've made a couple life casts using plaster bandages already, but they were really hard to get out of, for example my forearm piece I had to cut open with a craft knife, and that could have gone horribly wrong... Has anyone got any advice on how to make these? I can show pics of how I'm doing it...

Hey could you make a little video or tutorial of how to get out of the life casts? I did my forearm in modroc (plaster bandages) and had to cut it off with a stanley knife. that's pretty dangerous so I didn't like the idea of trusting my dad to do that straight accross my main artery again :/

to replace the old gallery there should just be a section of the forum for people to post threads full of pics. sub forums could then be reference and projects. people could make a thread for example: "Noble 6 Reference Pictures" and then everyones free to post any screenshots they think will...

Not sure if the noob forum was the place for this, but it can always be moved. Thanks in advance if it is. I'm going to start making Slain's armour from UT3, but I can't find a single god damn screenshot of him >_< if anyone has any reference screenshots like character models, screenshots etc...

When I tried pepping I just took measurements and put those in the scale options in pepakura. I'm afraid even with scaling tutorials it often ends in trial and error and you may have to make several attempts. Remember to make a note of your sizes for semetrical pieces so you get them both identical!

Good choice for the marine. It's gonna be infinitely more comfortable for you :) I agree with you on that being the H2 marine. I think the H3 ones have different helmets anyway.
