mold making is always scary stuff... I'm scared every time .... Take a look at the smooth on homepage , there are a lot of tips that will come in handy.(also instruction videos)

@ Sunnywhite : seeing that you're from the netherlands , you might want to check this site : http://www.polyservice.nl/ , it's a nice supplier of all the stuff you'll need. ( just don't forget to work in a well ventilated space...)

on the ODST I used vallejo liquid mask , it's like latex , but green.. the weathering on the masterchief is hand painted...

Curious about the undersuit .... Lycra with foam inserts ?

I used 10mm leds , super bright , they run on 3.4 V you can use this online tool if you need to use resistors : http://led.linear1.org/1led.wiz

it is easier to pad things a bit more , than to alter the size of the armor

acrylic will hold as long as the surface is clean

Before adding the details you should try to get the overall helmet as smooth as possible. Otherwise you might end up sanding the details away. Looks really nice in shape already , keep going
