Thanks. I only had time to do bondo work on the helmet and the chest. The back wouldn't need much, but the arms, legs, torso... well pretty much everything else sure does. I will redo the calves and the abs for next year along with some fine tuning/ bondo work.

I thought I would revive this thread to say i actually finished.... the day before Halloween. I didn't get to put as much time into it as i wanted to, had to cut the servo lines because i couldnt find a space to mount the box holding them. I ended up winning 3rd prize at Montbleu in lake...

You have a mini spartan army... Mine wasn't near as refined as i wanted it to be, but i did take 3rd place at a casino in Lake Tahoe. Ended up having to cut the servos to open and close my faceplate after i couldn't find a good spot for the box.
