Update: Ok, it's been a while but I have an update. All I've really been doing is bondo (I also used a different type of bondo (Gold), and it's a lot easier to sand) and sanding work, and I'm still no where near done, I've also padded the inside. And Captain Recon, thanks for advice...

Thanks. and trust me, in the past few days all I've done is sand, bondo, sand bondo. I have 5 layers af bondo done now (I hope it's finally enough to finish). all I'm doing now is sandind, spot putty, and hopefully laster on tonight, finishing my visor. Should have some updates soon. Oh yeah...

Update: Almost completly finished with my Rookie helmet! So far I'm on the 3rd layer of bondo. I have a few patches I need to go over again, and some holes to fill with spot putty. As soon as I get some more sandpaper (tonight or tomorrow) I will be completly finished with bond, and ready for...

I forgot to update it in first post, I actually did Reach version. And I have to agree on ODST Helmet, almost finished with my Rookie helmet, on 3rd layer of bondo :)

Well, I finished pepping the helmet. I decided to scrap the other the first one I made, beacuse it was WAY too small. Here it is: I think I'm going to fiberglass it tomorrow.

Update: I finished fiberglassing my Rookie helmet, and I'm going to start the Bondo stage when I get home. I added this com attatchment because one of the ear parts was sticking out too much, so I just cut it out. I also made a new chest peice (because other one was too small)...

First off, this thread is great. Second, is there by any chance that there is a M6G on this thread that I'm just missing it? I've looked on 50+ pages and still no. For now I'm going to be using the M6B file. If anyone know of it, or anything, post if for me please.
